A teaching professional for more than 35 years, I have had the great pleasure of working with Carl Welty, who pioneered the practice of video analysis of the golf swing. I use a state of the art, multiple camera video system and TrackMan Launch Monitor, enabling students to receive the same detailed feedback as touring professionals. This comprehensive computerized system is especially beneficial to serious golfers with high aspirations.
Jack Nicklaus’ longtime coach, Jack Grout, stated that it took five years to develop a junior’s game. With my system and approach to teaching, that time can be significantly reduced. I also teach course management, keeping statistics and analysis, charting greens and green reading.
I have had tremendous success helping numerous students achieve golf scholarships. Many of my students have become nationally ranked and have won major junior championships.
